Moply is software used by residential and commercial cleaning businesses in the United States. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website, software and service notifications.
Information we collect and why
Depending on your use of the service and the information supplied by your cleaning business, we process:
- Contact and account information, such as names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers and account access details, to provide access and communicate about services.
- Cleaning service information, such as service addresses, scheduled visits, changes, team assignments and job status, to support bookings and service delivery.
- Quotes, invoices and payment status information to provide quote and invoice links and payment reminders.
- Communication preferences, SMS consent records, opt-out requests and message delivery information to respect your choices and operate transactional notifications.
- Technical information, such as device, browser and service logs, to maintain the service, troubleshoot issues and protect accounts.
Cleaning businesses supply information about their own customers and employees and manage their relationship with those individuals. Please also consult your cleaning business about information it collects directly.
SMS / Text Messaging
Moply service notifications are transactional text messages sent from +1 888 909 3973 on behalf of cleaning businesses to their own customers and employees. They concern scheduled, rescheduled or cancelled cleanings; team arrival; cleaning start and completion; responses to rescheduling requests; quote and invoice links; payment reminders; and access invitations. We do not use this program for marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be shared only with service providers that deliver the messages (such as our SMS carrier), solely to provide the service.
Customers provide their mobile number to the cleaning business when arranging service and expressly agree to receive service notifications. Each message ends with “Reply STOP to opt out”. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance; these commands are handled automatically by Telnyx. Customers can also turn off SMS in their portal under Settings → Notifications. See our SMS opt-in information and Terms and Conditions.
Service providers and legal requirements
We use service providers to support hosting, account access and communications. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law. SMS information is subject to the restrictions stated above.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, email admin@zunnodigital.com and identify the account or cleaning business involved. Do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials. You may also contact the cleaning business that collected your information. We will review your request and may need to verify your identity.
