How customers give consent
When arranging cleaning services, the customer provides their mobile phone number to the cleaning business and expressly agrees to receive service text messages about their cleanings. The cleaning business presents the consent disclosure before enrollment and records the customer’s agreement. Providing a number alone does not replace that agreement.
SMS consent is optional and separate from other agreements. It is not required to purchase cleaning services. This program sends service notifications only, with no marketing messages.
Consent disclosure
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive service text messages about your cleanings (scheduling, changes, team arrival, invoices). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

Managing your messages
Every message ends with “Reply STOP to opt out”. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance; Telnyx handles these commands automatically. Customers can also turn SMS off in the portal under Settings → Notifications. For help, email admin@zunnodigital.com.
